What does health, or being healthy, mean to you?
Curating your physical environment, relationships, and habits in such a way that allows you to naturally flow into a relaxed, vital, Love-is-all-encompassing version of myself. To “be healthy” means that I am living in complete alignment with my own Truth.
How would you describe your current lifestyle?
I live in the high desert of New Mexico, where I have discovered is the optimal geography and environment for physical, spiritual, and mental health. I am living seven thousand feet above sea level. High-elevation living contributes to a highly-elevated way of being in the world, and highly-elevated love for yourself and others. I am currently an unemployed writer working on my first book so my lifestyle is pretty relaxed. My days are centered around my close friendships, creative projects, driving my Land Cruiser down the vast desert highways, and spending time in solitude. I milk a herd of goats at sunrise once a week. Every practice I engage in intentionally contributes to a low-cortisol lifestyle.
