"We are of the earth, have always been, and our work is to continue deepening into relationship with our bodies and the earth as consciousness on the planet rises." loved this conclusion <3<3
I loved this <3 I was given some wise advice from my acupuncturist after annual breakdowns around the winter solstice each year. That we need to watch the bees, and see that by the end of summer, we are gathering our stores to carry us through to spring, not planting new seeds. Being receptive to seasonal living really supported my wellbeing - but I truly love this perspective of gratitude for being transformed by nature / being open to nature's power.
This is really helpful for me. I am a chronic winter victim!!

Looove this. I’ve always felt like the opposite of a winter victim. I feel like a summer victim. As I get older I’ve grown to appreciate all seasons!
Same..! It’s funny how it shifts thru time
Love this so much. Upward spiral 🌀 yes !!
Canadian here somewhere between Chicago and Iceland! Great post and definitely feeling way too much pressure to be sad because of the dark.
